All products are handmade from scratch at Smakbyn. For those of us who love good food and drinks, hearty products made with love and quality ingredients are the best recipe for a wonderful Easter. By ordering an Easter meal box from Smakbyn, you’ll have more time to spend with family and friends.
We offer an Easter meal box filled with a selection of goodies from our appetizer and main course tables. If you’d like, you can complement it with boiled potatoes and eggs. And of course, we couldn’t resist including our favorite Easter dessert – a true chocolate delight with a brownie base, chocolate cream, and a topping of chocolate mousse. The idea is that your family can enjoy the food as it is or use it to complement your own Easter table with the flavors of Micke’s Åland. This is how Micke loves to celebrate Easter with his loved ones, and now we want to share Micke’s and Smakbyn’s flavors with our food-loving friends! The Easter box includes a mix of Easter favorites, including the Easter cake, suitable as a meal for four to six people.
In Sweden, we deliver to Grisslehamn, Norrtälje, and Stockholm Danderyd. The last order date is April 13, 2025! The Smakbyn Easter box includes:
• 3 types of herring pickled at Smakbyn (onion herring, mustard herring, creamy herb herring)
• 200 g gubbröra (Swedish egg and anchovy salad)
• 200 g cold-smoked Åland trout
• 200 g Åland trout salad
• 100 g dill sauce
• 1 mother-in-law’s loaf
• 200 g crispy beetroot salad with apple and seeds
• 400 g herb-braised lamb
• 200 g cream sauce flavored with blackcurrant jelly

• Norrtälje: 10:45–11:00 at the commuter parking lot behind the bus stop at Campus Roslagen.
• Stockholm Danderyd: 12:30–12:45 in the parking lot north of Mörby Centrum.
